Thanks Gamers10:09pm EST | Sir ihlatrebon
Well, as Sexy mentioned, the time has come to say good bye to our homy little league. This was a tough call to hang up the league, but the community has just become too small to be competative.

I would also like to thank all the clans that I have gotten to deal with this past year. I would especially like to thank ^fs and [HLHS]. These two teams were with us from the beginning. [HLHS] played in the very first match in STA 2on2 and retired just a few weeks before the league came to a close. ^fs started a few weeks after week 1 and stayed with us til the very end. [HLHS] held the title on 2 seperate occasions and ^fs held the title 5 times including the final week of STA 2on2.

I would like to thank all the other clans that stayed with us through the trying weeks near the end. I'd like to thank [ViBig] and *TG* each holding the 4 and 5 times respectively. I'd also like to thank the other 74 teams that competed during the past year.

Lastly, and certainly not leastly, I'd like to thank SexyBW for giving me the oppertunity to work with you guys. She bestowed me with pretty much the powers to run every aspect of this league and it was certainly fun.

I encourage those that still want to play competative TFC in STA, both sexy and I are admins in the 5on5 division and I welcome all of you to participate. Maybe you can even for a team from a few here.

Thanks for a great year ya'll!

Good Game Guys9:47am EST | SexyBW
Well the time has come to say farwell to STA's TFC of 2on2. I am proud to say that we lasted 1 year despite how many teams have come and gone. We don't have enough to keep the league alive. The start of this school year and the fact that TFC is now 5 years old, people of lost interest of such an awsome game....

My first thanks goes to Sir ihlatrebon. You have stuck with this league and myself when noone else did. I appreciate all your hard work and your loyalty. I couldn't of found a better admin as you and I was thrilled when BookRat decided to allow you to join our 5v5 Admin team.

My second thanks goes to those teams who lasted with us till this day. Thanks for you support and willingness to play. I'm sorry we couldn't find the teams to keep this compitition alive for you guys. These teams are ^fs, [ViBig], aYs|, and *TG*. These teams stuck with us up to at least September 29, 2004.

My last thanks goes to all of those who did play in our league at one point or another in the last year. You guys gave us a chance and I appricate the effert.

ihl and I will still be around with 5v5 if you ever want to get in touch with us.

It has been a pleasure....

Schedules up9:34am EST | Sir ihlatrebon
Again, only Title Shot and Title Match were played last week. Again, I will put those 2 that actually play in the title shot match again. I am sending a letter out to everyone via email today. Those that do not repond will be removed. [ViBig], ^fs, *TG*, and aYs| do not need to respond because I know they are actually alive.

Schedules are posted6:56pm EST | Sir ihlatrebon
The schedule is posted for your viewing pleasure. Apparently we only had 2 matches played last week, the title match and the shot match. I'm not going to reward teams with a title shot match if you don't report your scores or don't make an effort of find out how. Therefore, [ViBig] and aYs| will both play in the title shot even though they both lost last week. Please report your scores people!

Okay3:31pm EST | Sir ihlatrebon
Well, alot has happened this past week 'cept one thing.. no scores were reported. Whether this be my fault, server error, lack of knowledge on how to report, ect. no one talked to me about being unable to report.

So, I TF'ed the week, everyone is scheduled against the same opponent with one expection. *TG* has been given their title back after positive proof that they did not play the hacker in their matches and have removed him from their roster. So they will be playing against [ViBig} in the title match.

Remember, any problems should be sent to my email: ihlatrebon@sta-league.org

If you contact me via IRC, you must say more then "are you there" I am a student and attend classes much of the day, so of course I'm not there. I get about 20 "are you there" PM's everyday only to find that the user quits just minutes later.

Schedules and Hackers8:32am EST | Sir ihlatrebon
In STA 2on2, we honor STA bans. As posted on the 9on9 site,

lifedelinquet STEAM_0:0:75808

was caught using the perfectperson hack. Lifedelinquet is a member of *TG*
*TG* has been striped of their title and will not be scheduled til they remove lifedelinquet from their roster.

People have been asking me how 2on2 is going to deal with the recent furor over the PerfectPlayer hack, and the eighty-odd people who were caught using it. Thought I'd let everyone know at once.

Because 2on2 is a small league, with it's teams playing on several other teams, it is very hard to take a quick look at the list to see if anyone is banned that is currently in our league.

lifedelinquet was the only person I saw; however, I'm asking teams to police themselves in each match. If a member of the opposing team plays a player that is on the list, you are welcome to dispute. Screenshots and logs are the minimal proof.

With that being said, our schedule looks like this:
Title shot: ^fs vs aYs|
ws. vs ???
.sm. vs -mc
|nLv| vs n1

*TG* is given bye until they remove the cheater from their roster.
[ViBig] will get the uneven team bye and face this week's shot winner for the title.

Towers - Exploit8:29pm EST | SexyBW
Okie I'm sure that some of you have figured out that you can get up on the sides of the map and walk along it. This is Illegal. It is an exploit of the map and was not intended for this game play.

Anyone caught using this exploit will be punished.

Register Channels7:55pm EST | SexyBW
We had a problem with clans not having registered channels. This is half my fault for not keeping up with it. Without a registered channel on irc.gamesurge.net irc server - you cannot play in this league. Your team channel is the most important contact info we have for your team. Without it, your opponent has no reliable way of getting in touch with you come match time.

The following teams do not have a registered channel therefor can not play till they do:

Denial of Service [DoS]
Liquid Shadow (::LS::)
Sit Down .sD

You 3 teams have 1 week to get your channels or I will remove you from this league.

Update10:27pm EST | Sir ihlatrebon
This week STA 2on2 says good bye to its oldest clan, [HLHS]. [HLHS] the only clan left of the original 14 clan that started STA's 2on2 division last year on September 14. In nearly 1 year of competing in STA 2on2, [HLHS] went 17-23 with only one forfeit against them.

I'm sad to see this team go, but wish them the best of luck in the future and hopefully will see them competing in STA 2on2 soon.

Alright, time for your schedule overlook. This week's title match puts the undefeated *TG* against !!!
The shot has |nLv| squaring off with ^fs.

In other action, we see [ViBig] sparing with [DoS]
(::LS::) locking horns with aYs|

Byes are as follows:
xK and n1 serving week 2 of their 2 week suspension.
-mc serving week 1 of a 2 week suspension due to their forfeit last week.
