Fill out the following form to apply for entrance into the STA Team Fortress 2. In completing this form, understand that you are held
responsible for reading and accepting the rules
and information sections prior to joining the
league. Clans that forfeit or demonstrate that they are not aware of STA
rules during their first four weeks of play will be removed without
notice. Be sure to check the rules for clan entrance requirements. See
below for some information regarding this form.

The contacts for which you supply information should be
responsible for communication with the league and other clans in
the league as necessary.
Each clan will have an authentication password that will
be needed to update contact information, submit match results, and
request status changes. Your desired password should go into the
Password and Confirm Password fields above.
If your clan has an IRC channel, indicate where the channel is
by filling the IRC Network and IRC Channel fields.

Before selecting a region for your clan, make sure
there is a division for your region. (If there are only west and east
splits of each division, do not choose "Central" or your
application may be rejected.) If there are no region splits
in this league, this field may be ignored.
The Clan Age field should contain the clan's age,
not the ages of the clan's members.
Insert the number of clan members into the Roster Size
field. Be sure you have at least the minimum amount required for
entrance into the league.
Any relevant comments may be put into the Comments
field. If you have any questions,
contact the appropriate STA staff.
